QUALCOMM reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 20, 2022.
In 2021, six QUALCOMM executives received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Cristiano R. Amon, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 41% compared to 2020. 78% of Amon's compensation, or $16M, was in stock awards. Amon also received $3.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $514K in other compensation.
James H. Thompson, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $12M, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 74% of the compensation package, or $9M, was in stock awards.
Alexander H. Rogers, President, Qualcomm Technology Licensing & Global Affairs, earned $7.6M in 2021, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Steve Mollenkopf, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in 2021, which decreases by 72% compared to 2020.
Akash Palkhiwala, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7M in 2021, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Heather Ace, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $5.7M in 2021.
QUALCOMM's fiscal year ends on September 25.
