Qualstar reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on February 19, 2009.
In 2008, five Qualstar executives received on average a compensation package of $195K, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Robert C. King, Vice President of Sales, received $235K in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2007. 73% of King's compensation, or $171K, was in salary. King also received $27K in bonus, $32K in option awards, as well as $5.7K in other compensation.
William J. Gervais, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $199K, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 98% of the compensation package, or $195K, was in salary.
Andrew A. Farina, Chief Financial Officer, earned $185K in 2008, a 88% increase compared to previous year.
Robert K. Covey, Vice President of Marketing, received $180K in 2008, which increases by 3% compared to 2007.
Richard A. Nelson, Vice President of Engineering, earned $176K in 2008, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
