Qualys reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 22, 2021.
In 2020, five Qualys executives received on average a compensation package of $8.1M, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Philippe F. Courtot, Chief Executive Officer, received $22M in total, which increased by 128% compared to 2019. 51% of Courtot's compensation, or $12M, was in option awards.
