Quantum-Si reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.
In 2021, five Quantum-Si executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 1,690% increase compared to previous year.
John Stark, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 25,001% compared to 2020. 95% of Stark's compensation, or $16M, was in stock awards. Stark also received $8.8K in bonus, $353K in non-equity incentive plan, $425K in salary, as well as $43K in other compensation.
Claudia Drayton, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.4M. 47% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
Christian LaPointe, General Counsel, earned $2.1M in 2021, a 5651% increase compared to previous year.
Michael P. McKenna, Chief Operating Officer, received $2M in 2021, which increases by 502% compared to 2020.
Matthew Dyer, Chief Business Officer, earned $1.4M in 2021, a 120% increase compared to previous year.
