Quest Diagnostics reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 9, 2008.
In 2007, five executives at Quest Diagnostics received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Surya N. Mohapatra, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2006. 38% of Mohapatra's compensation, or $4.3M, was in option awards. Mohapatra also received $1.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, $3M in stock awards, as well as $117K in other compensation.
Robert A. Hagemann, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which increased by 21% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in option awards.
Robert E. Peters, Vice President Sales and Marketing, earned $2.4M in 2007, a 49% increase compared to previous year.
Michael E. Prevoznik, General Counsel, received $2.2M in 2007, which increases by 16% compared to 2006.
Joan E. Miller, Senior Vice President Hospital and Pathology Services, earned $2.1M in 2007.
