Quest Diagnostics reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on April 5, 2011.
In 2008, five executives at Quest Diagnostics received on average a compensation package of $4.5M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Surya N. Mohapatra, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2007. 40% of Mohapatra's compensation, or $4.5M, was in stock awards. Mohapatra also received $1.6M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $109K in other compensation.
Robert A. Hagemann, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4M, which increased by 2% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was in stock awards.
Joan E. Miller, Senior Vice President Hospital and Pathology Services, earned $2.6M in 2008, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Michael E. Prevoznik, General Counsel, received $2.4M in 2008, which increases by 10% compared to 2007.
Wayne R. Simmons, Vice President Operations, earned $2.2M in 2008.
