Quest Diagnostics reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 3, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Quest Diagnostics received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen H. Rusckowski, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2017. 47% of Rusckowski's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Rusckowski also received $789K in non-equity incentive plan, $3.1M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $315K in other compensation.
Mark J. Guinan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.2M, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
James E. Davis, Executive Vice President, General Diagnostics, earned $3.1M in 2018, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Carrie Eglinton Manner, Senior Vice President, Advanced Diagnostics, received $2.9M in 2018, which increases by 10% compared to 2017.
Catherine T. Doherty, Senior Vice President, Group Executive Clinical Franchises, earned $2.3M in 2018, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
