Quest Diagnostics CEO Stephen Rusckowski's 2020 pay jumps 39% to $14M

Quest Diagnostics reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 9, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Quest Diagnostics received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen H. Rusckowski, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 39% compared to 2019. 52% of Rusckowski's compensation, or $7.3M, was in stock awards. Rusckowski also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.5M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $194K in other compensation.
Mark J. Guinan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
James E. Davis, Executive Vice President, General Diagnostics, earned $3.7M in 2020, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Manuel O. Mendez, Former Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, received $3.5M in 2020, which decreases by 23% compared to 2019.
Carrie Eglinton Manner, Senior Vice President, Advanced Diagnostics, earned $3.3M in 2020, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
