Qumu reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 12, 2012.
In 2009, five Qumu executives received on average a compensation package of $787K, a 86% increase compared to previous year.
Sherman L. Black, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.8M in total. 67% of Black's compensation, or $1.2M, was in option awards. Black also received $178K in non-equity incentive plan, $242K in salary, $141K in stock awards, as well as $30K in other compensation.
Bernard P. Aldrich, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $835K, which increased by 51% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $349K, was in salary.
Samir Mittal, Chief Technology Officer, earned $538K in 2009.
Robert M. Wolf, Chief Financial Officer, received $468K in 2009, which increases by 43% compared to 2008.
Manuel M. Almeida, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, earned $301K in 2009, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
