Qumu reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on August 14, 2020.
In 2019, two Qumu executives received on average a compensation package of $442K, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Vern Hanzlik, Chief Executive Officer, received $502K in total, which decreased by 32% compared to 2018. 70% of Hanzlik's compensation, or $350K, was in salary. Hanzlik also received $137K in non-equity incentive plan and $15K in other compensation.
David G. Ristow, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $382K, which decreased by 16% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
