Qumu reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 2, 2022.
In 2021, five Qumu executives received on average a compensation package of $494K, a 61% decrease compared to previous year.
TJ Kennedy, Chief Executive Officer, received $826K in total, which decreased by 48% compared to 2020. 53% of Kennedy's compensation, or $434K, was in stock awards. Kennedy also received $375K in salary and $17K in other compensation.
Jason Karp, Chief Commercial Officer/Chief Counsel, received a compensation package of $615K. 52% of the compensation package, or $321K, was in salary.
David G. Ristow, Chief Financial Officer, earned $517K in 2021, a 47% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas A. Krueger, Chief Financial Officer, received $268K in 2021.
Matthew Walker, Corporate Controller, earned $243K in 2021.
