Quotient reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on July 26, 2019.
In 2019, four Quotient executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 75% increase compared to previous year.
Franz Walt, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.1M in total. 55% of Walt's compensation, or $2.3M, was in option awards. Walt also received $1.1M in bonus, $730K in salary, as well as $10K in other compensation.
Christopher Lindop, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which increased by 60% compared to previous year. 40% of the compensation package, or $613K, was in other compensation.
Edward Farrell, President, earned $995K in 2019, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Jeremy Stackawitz, President, received $947K in 2019, which decreases by 2% compared to 2018.
Quotient's fiscal year ends on March 31.
