Quotient reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on July 27, 2020.
In 2020, five Quotient executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Franz Walt, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which decreased by 45% compared to 2019. 50% of Walt's compensation, or $1.1M, was in bonus. Walt also received $190K in option awards, $760K in salary, as well as $201K in other compensation.
Christopher Lindop, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which decreased by 24% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $415K, was in salary.
Edward Farrell, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.1M in 2020, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Jeremy Stackawitz, Chief Commercial Officer, received $970K in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
Peter Buhler, Chief Financial Officer, earned $568K in 2020.
Quotient's fiscal year ends on March 31.
