Quotient reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on July 23, 2021.
In 2021, five Quotient executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Franz Walt, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 40% compared to 2020. 38% of Walt's compensation, or $1.2M, was in bonus. Walt also received $1M in option awards, $813K in salary, as well as $174K in other compensation.
Peter Buhler, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which increased by 119% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $484K, was in option awards.
Edward Farrell, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeremy Stackawitz, Chief Commercial Officer, received $1.1M in 2021, which increases by 13% compared to 2020.
Christopher Lindop, Chief Financial Officer, earned $588K in 2021, a 50% decrease compared to previous year.
Quotient's fiscal year ends on March 31.
