R1 RCM reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 6, 2021.
In 2020, four R1 RCM executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Joseph Flanagan, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.8M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2019. 78% of Flanagan's compensation, or $3.7M, was in stock awards. Flanagan also received $150K in bonus, $895K in salary, as well as $8.1K in other compensation.
Gary Long, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 36% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Rachel Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2020.
Richard B. Evans, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received $673K in 2020, which increases by 1% compared to 2019.
