Radian Group reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 26, 2012.
In 2011, six executives at Radian Group received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 110% increase compared to previous year.
Sanford A. Ibrahim, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which increased by 161% compared to 2010. 47% of Ibrahim's compensation, or $4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Ibrahim also received $473K in bonus, $788K in option awards, $875K in salary, $2.3M in stock awards, as well as $103K in other compensation.
Teresa Bryce Bazemore, President, Radian Guaranty, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which increased by 143% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in stock awards.
C. Robert Quint, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2011, a 125% increase compared to previous year.
Robert H. Griffith, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.1M in 2011, which increases by 96% compared to 2010.
Edward J. Hoffman, General Counsel, earned $1.4M in 2011.
H. Scott Theobald, Executive V.P., Chief Risk Officer, Radian Guaranty, received $1.4M in 2011, which increases by 76% compared to 2010.
