Radian Group reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 2, 2013.
In 2012, five executives at Radian Group received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
Sanford A. Ibrahim, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which decreased by 42% compared to 2011. 25% of Ibrahim's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Ibrahim also received $906K in bonus, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $613K in option awards, $900K in salary, as well as $105K in other compensation.
Teresa Bryce Bazemore, President, Radian Guaranty, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which decreased by 35% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $831K, was in stock awards.
C. Robert Quint, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2012, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
H. Scott Theobald, Executive V.P., Chief Risk Officer, Radian Guaranty, received $1.1M in 2012, which decreases by 19% compared to 2011.
Edward J. Hoffman, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2012, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
