Radian Group reported fiscal year 2015 executive compensation information on April 7, 2016.
In 2015, six executives at Radian Group received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Sanford A. Ibrahim, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.1M in total, which decreased by 18% compared to 2014. 35% of Ibrahim's compensation, or $2.1M, was in stock awards. Ibrahim also received $750K in bonus, $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $706K in option awards, $950K in salary, as well as $94K in other compensation.
Teresa Bryce Bazemore, President, Radian Guaranty, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which decreased by 21% compared to previous year. 28% of the compensation package, or $676K, was in stock awards.
Derek V. Brummer, Senior Executive V.P., Mortgage Insurance and Risk Services, earned $2.4M in 2015, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Joseph D'Urso, Former President, Clayton Holdings LLC, received $1.9M in 2015.
Edward J. Hoffman, General Counsel, earned $1.5M in 2015, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
J. Franklin Hall, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2015.
