Rambus reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 8, 2019.
In 2018, five Rambus executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
Ronald Black, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.4M in total, which decreased by 58% compared to 2017. 72% of Black's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Black also received $924K in option awards, $278K in salary, as well as $19K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $122,132 at Rambus. Therefore, the ratio of Ronald Black's pay to the median employee pay was 36 to one.
Luc Seraphin, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.4M. 58% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Rahul Mathur, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Jae Kim, General Counsel, received $1.4M in 2018, which increases by 14% compared to 2017.
Laura Stark, Senior Vice President, GM, Emerging Solutions Division, earned $870K in 2018, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
