Range Resources CEO John Pinkerton's 2009 pay rises 2% to $7.4M

Range Resources reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 6, 2010.
In 2009, six executives at Range Resources received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
John H. Pinkerton, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2008. 41% of Pinkerton's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Ray N. Walker, Jr, SVP, received $3.8M in 2009, which increases by 280% compared to 2008.
Roger S. Manny, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3M in 2009, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Mark D. Whitley, SVP, received $2.3M in 2009, which increases by 3% compared to 2008.
