Rapid7 reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2018, five Rapid7 executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Corey Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, received $5M in total, which increased by 96% compared to 2017. 82% of Thomas' compensation, or $4.1M, was in stock awards. Thomas also received $541K in non-equity incentive plan, $350K in salary, as well as $3K in other compensation.
Andrew Burton, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 360% compared to previous year. 79% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in stock awards.
Lee Weiner, Chief Product Officer, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 139% increase compared to previous year.
Christina Luconi, Chief People Officer, received $1.6M in 2018.
Jeff Kalowski, Chief Financial Officer, earned $624K in 2018, a 88% decrease compared to previous year.
