Rayonier reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 1, 2019.
In 2018, five Rayonier executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
David Nunes, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.3M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2017. 58% of Nunes' compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Nunes also received $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $694K in salary, as well as $122K in other compensation.

Mark McHugh, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $721K, was in stock awards.
Doug Long, Senior Vice President, Forest Resources, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark Bridwell, General Counsel, received $1M in 2018, which increases by 2% compared to 2017.
Chris Corr, Senior Vice President, Real Estate Development, earned $964K in 2018, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
