Rayonier reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 1, 2020.
In 2019, six Rayonier executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
David Nunes, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2018. 58% of Nunes' compensation, or $2.7M, was in bonus. Nunes also received $1M in option awards, $775K in salary, as well as $192K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $106,120 at Rayonier. Therefore, the ratio of David Nunes' pay to the median employee pay was 44 to one.
Mark McHugh, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 16% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $975K, was in bonus.
Doug Long, SVP, Forest Resources, earned $1.6M in 2019, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Rhett Rogers, VP, Portfolio Management, received $955K in 2019.
Mark Bridwell, General Counsel, earned $951K in 2019, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Chris Corr, SVP, Real Estate Development, received $843K in 2019, which decreases by 13% compared to 2018.
