RealPage CEO Stephen Winn's 2018 pay jumps 21% to $11M

RealPage reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, five RealPage executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen T. Winn, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 21% compared to 2017. 87% of Winn's compensation, or $9.7M, was in stock awards. Winn also received $725K in non-equity incentive plan, $646K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
W. Bryan Hill, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.5M, which is about the same as previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
Ashley Glover, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.2M in 2018, a 80% increase compared to previous year.
William P. Chaney, Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer, received $2.9M in 2018, which is about the same as previous year.
Andrew Blount, Former Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer, earned $2.4M in 2018, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
