RealPage reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 29, 2020.
In 2019, six RealPage executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen T. Winn, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.6M in total, which decreased by 13% compared to 2018. 88% of Winn's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Winn also received $420K in non-equity incentive plan, $671K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Ashley Glover, President, received a compensation package of $3.5M, which increased by 7% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in stock awards.
Thomas C. Ernst, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.4M in 2019.
William P. Chaney, Former Executive Vice President, received $2.7M in 2019, which decreases by 7% compared to 2018.
David G. Monk, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.4M in 2019.
W. Bryan Hill, Chief Financial Officer, received $793K in 2019, which decreases by 77% compared to 2018.
