Realty Income CEO Sumit Roy's 2019 pay rises 7% to $7.5M

Realty Income reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 1, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Realty Income received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Sumit Roy, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2018. 48% of Roy's compensation, or $3.6M, was in stock awards. Roy also received $2.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $850K in salary, as well as $170K in other compensation.
Paul M. Meurer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.2M, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Michael R. Pfeiffer, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $2.6M in 2019, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Neil M. Abraham, Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, received $2.3M in 2019, which increases by 17% compared to 2018.
Mark E. Hagan, Chief Investment Officer, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
