Regis reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on September 5, 2019.
In 2019, five Regis executives received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Hugh E. Sawyer, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.4M in total, which increased by 174% compared to 2018. 78% of Sawyer's compensation, or $6.6M, was in stock awards. Sawyer also received $146K in bonus, $715K in non-equity incentive plan, $950K in salary, as well as $27K in other compensation.
