Regis reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on September 12, 2022.
In 2022, four Regis executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 77% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew Doctor, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in total. 53% of Doctor's compensation, or $1M, was in option awards. Doctor also received $86K in bonus, $243K in non-equity incentive plan, $463K in salary, $128K in stock awards, as well as $1.4K in other compensation.
Kersten D. Zupfer, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 31% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $457K, was in salary.
Felipe A. Athayde, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.1M in 2022, a 89% decrease compared to previous year.
Jim B. Lain, Chief Operating Officer, received $900K in 2022.
Regis' fiscal year ends on June 30.
