Repligen reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 18, 2019.
In 2018, three Repligen executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 293% increase compared to previous year.
Tony J. Hunt, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 356% compared to 2017. 48% of Hunt's compensation, or $6.6M, was in option awards. Hunt also received $380K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, $6.3M in stock awards, as well as $5K in other compensation.

Jon K. Snodgres, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 40% of the compensation package, or $524K, was in stock awards.
Ralf Kuriyel, Senior Vice President of Research and Development, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 104% increase compared to previous year.
