Park City Group reported fiscal year 2014 executive compensation information on October 7, 2014.

Randall K. Fields, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in total, which increased by 175% compared to 2013. 34% of Fields' compensation, or $550K, was in salary. Fields also received $448K in bonus, $519K in stock awards, as well as $117K in other compensation.
Edward L. Clissold, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $188K, which increased by 27% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $150K, was in salary.
