Park City Group reported fiscal year 2015 executive compensation information on September 18, 2015.
In 2015, two executives at Park City Group received on average a compensation package of $946K, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Randall K. Fields, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2014. 34% of Fields' compensation, or $572K, was in salary. Fields also received $472K in bonus, $519K in stock awards, as well as $125K in other compensation.
Edward L. Clissold, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $204K, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $150K, was in salary.
