Park City Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 4, 2018.
In 2018, three executives at Park City Group received on average a compensation package of $692K, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Randall K. Fields, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2017. 61% of Fields' compensation, or $905K, was in salary. Fields also received $450K in bonus and $135K in other compensation.
Todd Mitchell, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $354K, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 64% of the compensation package, or $225K, was in salary.
Edward L. Clissold, Chief Financial Officer, earned $232K in 2018, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Park City Group's fiscal year ends on June 30.
