Park City Group reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 4, 2022.
In 2022, three executives at Park City Group received on average a compensation package of $730K, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Randall K. Fields, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2021. 62% of Fields' compensation, or $1M, was in salary. Fields also received $200K in bonus, $295K in stock awards, as well as $131K in other compensation.
John R. Merrill, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $309K, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $225K, was in salary.
Edward L. Clissold, General Counsel, earned $214K in 2022, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Park City Group's fiscal year ends on June 30.
