Republic Services reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 24, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at Republic Services received on average a compensation package of $4.5M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Donald W. Slager, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2018. 69% of Slager's compensation, or $8.7M, was in stock awards. Slager also received $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $584K in other compensation.
Jon Vander Ark, President, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which increased by 21% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in stock awards.
Charles F. Serianni, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.9M in 2019, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Timothy E. Stuart, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.8M in 2019.
Jeffrey A. Hughes, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $2.3M in 2019, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Catharine D. Ellingsen, Chief Legal Officer, received $2.3M in 2019, which increases by 8% compared to 2018.
