Republic Services CEO Donald Slager's 2020 pay rises 3% to $13M

Republic Services reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 6, 2021.
In 2020, six executives at Republic Services received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Donald W. Slager, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2019. 71% of Slager's compensation, or $9.2M, was in stock awards. Slager also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $540K in other compensation.
Jon Vander Ark, President, received a compensation package of $4.4M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 58% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in stock awards.
Timothy E. Stuart, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.6M in 2020, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Charles F. Serianni, Chief Financial Officer, received $3M in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
Catharine D. Ellingsen, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2.5M in 2020, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Brian M. DelGhiaccio, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.1M in 2020.
