Republic Services reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.
In 2021, six executives at Republic Services received on average a compensation package of $6.1M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Donald W. Slager, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2020. 67% of Slager's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Slager also received $3.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $643K in salary, as well as $1M in other compensation.
Jon Vander Ark, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $7.9M, which increased by 79% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $4.7M, was in stock awards.
Timothy E. Stuart, Chief Operating Officer, earned $4.4M in 2021, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Brian M. DelGhiaccio, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.3M in 2021, which increases by 61% compared to 2020.
Catharine D. Ellingsen, Chief Legal Officer, earned $3M in 2021, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey A. Hughes, Chief Administrative Officer, received $2.9M in 2021.
