ResMed reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 3, 2018.
In 2018, five ResMed executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.

Michael Farrell, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.1M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2017. 56% of Farrell's compensation, or $5.1M, was in stock awards. Farrell also received $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.7M in option awards, $934K in salary, as well as $101K in other compensation.
Rob Douglas, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.2M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $3.4M, was in stock awards.
Jim Hollingshead, President - sleep business, earned $3.2M in 2018, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Brett Sandercock, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.9M in 2018, which increases by 12% compared to 2017.
David Pendarvis, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $2.7M in 2018, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
ResMed's fiscal year ends on June 30.
