ResMed reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 8, 2019.
In 2019, five ResMed executives received on average a compensation package of $5M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.

Michael Farrell, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.6M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2018. 54% of Farrell's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Farrell also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.8M in option awards, $967K in salary, as well as $198K in other compensation.

Rob Douglas, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.4M, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in option awards.
Jim Hollingshead, President – sleep business, earned $3.3M in 2019, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Raj Sodhi, President – SaaS business, received $2.9M in 2019.
Brett Sandercock, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.9M in 2019, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
ResMed's fiscal year ends on June 30.
