ResMed reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 5, 2022.
In 2022, six ResMed executives received on average a compensation package of $5M, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Farrell, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2021. 77% of Farrell's compensation, or $9M, was in stock awards. Farrell also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $229K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2022, the median employee pay was $64,956 at ResMed. Therefore, the ratio of Michael Farrell's pay to the median employee pay was 179 to one.
Rob Douglas, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.3M, which decreased by 2% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $3.4M, was in stock awards.
Jim Hollingshead, President – sleep and respiratory care business, earned $3.2M in 2022, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Brett Sandercock, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.9M in 2022, which decreases by 4% compared to 2021.
Bobby Ghoshal, President - SaaS business, earned $2.9M in 2022.
David Pendarvis, Chief Administrative Officer, received $2.9M in 2022.
ResMed's fiscal year ends on June 30.
