Reynolds American reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 25, 2011.
In 2010, six executives at Reynolds American received on average a compensation package of $7.3M, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Susan M. Ivey, Chief Executive Officer, received $24M in total, which increased by 45% compared to 2009. 33% of Ivey's compensation, or $7.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Ivey also received $7M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.3M in salary, $7.5M in stock awards, as well as $250K in other compensation.
Daniel M. Delen, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $6.2M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Thomas R. Adams, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.9M in 2010, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
E. Julia Judy Lambeth, General Counsel, received $3.7M in 2010, which increases by 4% compared to 2009.
Jeffery S. Gentry, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $2.8M in 2010, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Tommy J. Payne, President - Niconovum USA, received $2.7M in 2010, which increases by 9% compared to 2009.
