Tengasco reported fiscal year 2015 executive compensation information on February 10, 2016.
In 2015, two Tengasco executives received on average a compensation package of $152K, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael J. Rugen, Chief Executive Officer, received $206K in total, which decreased by 33% compared to 2014. 82% of Rugen's compensation, or $168K, was in salary. Rugen also received $29K in bonus and $8.4K in other compensation.
Cary V. Sorensen, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $97K, which decreased by 36% compared to previous year. 95% of the compensation package, or $93K, was in salary.
