Tengasco reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 28, 2022.
In 2021, four Tengasco executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 106% increase compared to previous year.
Bobby D. Riley, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 166% compared to 2020. 81% of Riley's compensation, or $2.6M, was in stock awards. Riley also received $126K in bonus, $428K in salary, as well as $42K in other compensation.
Kevin Riley, President, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which increased by 144% compared to previous year. 77% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Corey Riley, Executive Vice President - Business Intelligence, earned $1.4M in 2021, a 120% increase compared to previous year.
Philip Riley, Chief Financial Officer, received $708K in 2021.
