In 2021, five executives at RingCentral received on average a compensation package of $23M, a 100% increase compared to previous year.
Anand Eswaran, Chief Operating Officer, received $47M in total, which increased by 147% compared to 2020. 98% of Eswaran's compensation, or $46M, was in stock awards. Eswaran also received $521K in non-equity incentive plan, $310K in salary, as well as $828 in other compensation.
