RMR Group reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 16, 2020.
In 2019, five RMR Group executives received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Jennifer B. Clark, General Counsel, received $4.5M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2018. 59% of Clark's compensation, or $2.7M, was in bonus. Clark also received $325K in salary, $1.4M in stock awards, as well as $108K in other compensation.
Adam D. Portnoy, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.9M, which decreased by 1% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in bonus.
John G. Murray, Executive Vice President, earned $3.9M in 2019, a 48% increase compared to previous year.
David M. Blackman, Executive Vice President, received $3.8M in 2019, which increases by 33% compared to 2018.
Matthew P. Jordan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.8M in 2019, a 51% increase compared to previous year.
RMR Group's fiscal year ends on September 30.
