RMR Group reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on January 14, 2021.
In 2020, five RMR Group executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Jennifer B. Clark, General Counsel, received $4.2M in total, which decreased by 7% compared to 2019. 63% of Clark's compensation, or $2.7M, was in bonus. Clark also received $350K in salary, $1.1M in stock awards, as well as $97K in other compensation.
Adam D. Portnoy, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 71% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in bonus.
John G. Murray, Executive Vice President, earned $3.7M in 2020, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
David M. Blackman, Former Executive Vice President, received $3.6M in 2020, which decreases by 7% compared to 2019.
Matthew P. Jordan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.6M in 2020, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
RMR Group's fiscal year ends on September 30.
