RMR Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on January 12, 2022.
In 2021, six RMR Group executives received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Jennifer B. Clark, General Counsel, received $4.8M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2020. 57% of Clark's compensation, or $2.7M, was in bonus. Clark also received $350K in salary, $1.6M in stock awards, as well as $156K in other compensation.
Adam D. Portnoy, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in bonus.
John G. Murray, Executive Vice President, earned $4.2M in 2021, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew P. Jordan, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.5M in 2021, which increases by 33% compared to 2020.
Jonathan M. Pertchik, Executive Vice President, earned $3.3M in 2021.
Jennifer F. Francis, Executive Vice President, received $2.7M in 2021.
RMR Group's fiscal year ends on September 30.
