ROKU CEO Anthony Wood's 2018 pay jumps 99% to $8.3M

ROKU reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 12, 2019.
In 2018, five ROKU executives received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 155% increase compared to previous year.
Anthony Wood, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.3M in total, which increased by 99% compared to 2017. 83% of Wood's compensation, or $7M, was in option awards. Wood also received $1.1M in salary and $296K in other compensation.
Scott Rosenberg, General Manager and Senior Vice President, Platform Business, received a compensation package of $7.4M, which increased by 350% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $3.4M, was in option awards.
Chas Smith, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Roku TV & Players, earned $5.5M in 2018.
Steve Louden, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.3M in 2018, which increases by 396% compared to 2017.
Stephen H. Kay, General Counsel, earned $3M in 2018.
