ROKU reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 26, 2022.
In 2021, five ROKU executives received on average a compensation package of $7.6M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Anthony Wood, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2020. 93% of Wood's compensation, or $17M, was in option awards. Wood also received $1.2M in salary and $16K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $262,665 at ROKU. Therefore, the ratio of Anthony Wood's pay to the median employee pay was 69 to one.
Scott Rosenberg, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Platform Business, received a compensation package of $5.6M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in option awards.
Steve Louden, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.5M in 2021, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Mustafa Ozgen, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Account Acquisition, received $4.9M in 2021, which increases by 21% compared to 2020.
Stephen H. Kay, General Counsel, earned $4M in 2021, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
