Rollins reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 15, 2021.
In 2020, six Rollins executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Gary W. Rollins, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.5M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2019. 52% of Rollins' compensation, or $2.8M, was in stock awards. Rollins also received $10K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $296K in other compensation.
R. Randall Rollins, Chairman, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which decreased by 21% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in stock awards.
John F. Wilson, Chairman, earned $3.2M in 2020, which is about the same as previous year.
Paul E. Northen, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.7M in 2020, which increases by 15% compared to 2019.
Elizabeth B. Chandler, Secretary, earned $1.2M in 2020, a 47% increase compared to previous year.
Jerry E. Gahlhoff Jr, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.1M in 2020.
