Roper Technologies reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Roper Technologies received on average a compensation package of $13M, a 52% increase compared to previous year.
Brian D. Jellison, Chief Executive Officer, received $35M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2017. 89% of Jellison's compensation, or $31M, was in stock awards. Jellison also received $2.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $130K in other compensation.
L. Neil Hunn, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $19M, which increased by 56% compared to previous year. 67% of the compensation package, or $12M, was in stock awards.
Robert C. Crisci, Chief Financial Officer, earned $6.1M in 2018, a 36% increase compared to previous year.
John K. Stipancich, General Counsel, received $4.4M in 2018, which increases by 33% compared to 2017.
Paul J. Soni, Executive Vice President, earned $3.3M in 2018, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
